What counts against your plan
- Projects —
- one project is one debrief: the rough brief you paste in plus every output it produces. Opening, editing and exporting it again is free.
- Regenerations —
- each time you ask DebriefStudio to rebuild the outputs of a project from scratch. Retrying a single failed section is always free.
- Brief check —
- included with any pack or plan, three per day. A readiness score, what's missing, and the questions to ask back. It never touches your project or regeneration allowance, so it keeps working after your projects are used up.

Storage covers the original files you upload. Text already read from a document stays with the project forever, even after the original is removed, so regenerations keep working. Buying more projects adds storage with them. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; packs never expire.
Billing questions
What counts as a “project”?+
One brief you start in DebriefStudio — from the initial paste to all its outputs (client brief, per-department-head briefs, checklists). You can re-open and refine a project without spending another credit.
Do unused projects roll over?+
Monthly project allowances reset each cycle, and regenerations run on a rolling 7-day pool — a quiet day leaves more room later in the week. Top-up projects and their regenerations never expire and stack on top of your plan.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that your account simply has no monthly allowance — everything you've made stays open and exportable, daily brief checks stay available, and any packs you bought remain on your account.
Do you charge tax / VAT?+
One-time packs are sold VAT included — $9, $35 and $67 are what you pay, wherever you are. Monthly plans are quoted without VAT: any applicable tax is calculated at checkout from your billing country, and you can enter a company name and VAT number there for a proper invoice.
Do you offer refunds?+
If something goes wrong, email us and we'll make it right. Subscription refunds are handled case-by-case. Top-up packs never expire, so they stay on your account until you use them.
