Billing questions
What counts as a “project”?+
One brief you start in DebriefStudio — from the initial paste to all its outputs (client brief, per-HOD briefs, checklists). You can re-open and refine a project without spending another credit.
Do unused projects roll over?+
Monthly plan credits reset each cycle. Top-up credits never expire and stack on top of your plan.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then downgrades to Free. Top-up credits remain on your account.
Do you charge tax / VAT?+
Applicable taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing country.
Do you offer refunds?+
If something goes wrong, email us and we'll make it right. Subscription refunds are handled case-by-case; unused top-ups are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
